NY2005 - Fifth Day - 1 (Empire State Building)
Next morning, kinda overslept, didn’t check on the check-out time, just walked in the direction of the Empire State, coz I wanted to see that last one thing: a great view from a great hight of the Biggie Apple!
Got a bit of stress once I arrived at the line outside the Empire State: man!! There was a frigging big crowd waiting outside, waiting in the line to get to the cashier and from afar I saw the line for the elevators!! How da frag was I gonna get this done before checkout time.. Grmbl.. Grmbl.. Then, out of nowhere (yeah, right) it came to me: The Express Ticket - a lot of cash for a lot of mental ease, gotta tellya..

NY2005 - Fourth Day - 9 (Bryant Park - Tropical Music Festival)
So after a very busy day, doing the Central Park and MoMA and doing quite some walking around the city, I wound up at my favorite place in NY - Bryant Park. Excellent place!
Just sitting there relaxing, minding my own business.. Then I saw this stage with all those people sitting and waiting in composed but eager anticipation. Thought it’d be interesting to see what was gonna happen especially when I noticed that 90% of the public was black/hispanic: “Aha!!!! A Latin Thing Is Coming!!”. Great evening, man!
