Lily, I've been doing this for about 24 times, always careful not to offend people and their copyright - if people really accuse me of theft, well then, I'll have to discuss this further with them because that sure isn't my intention..
I reckon I'll have to check their CC-license first before using them, you're right about that, I'll keep that in check.

I think you have to contact them and ask for their permission. Otherwise they might accuse you of stealing their pics and you will be know as a photo thief. So I would think twice before posting this one
